Warranty and Return Policy
Effective: January 08, 2020
1. One-Year Limited Warranty
Our product quality and performance is of utmost importance to us. As such, Ackuretta provides a voluntary One-Year Limited Warranty (starting on the shipping date as shown on the Delivery Note) that goes above and beyond the conditions placed by general consumer law. Any replacement parts are covered by a 30-day warranty. The Ackuretta One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and do not limit or suspend rights provided by a region’s consumer laws. The rights provided by consumer law and the Ackuretta One-Year Limited Warranty are separate, so claims made for one set of conditions cannot be claimed for the other. For more information about consumer law rights, please consult a lawyer in your region, but see the section “Governing Law”, below.

In the case that a product has a defect during the warranty period, a customer can do the following to determine the cause of the problem and receive warranty service if necessary:
5.1. The customer checks the Ackuretta online resources available to determine if a solution for any given problem is available. These online resources are available from the Ackuretta website (www.ackuretta.com).
5.2 The customer contacts the Ackuretta certified distributor from whom they purchased the printer.
5.3. If no solution can be found, the customer sends an email to Ackuretta support at firstname.lastname@example.org or contacts their local Ackuretta distributor. The Ackuretta representative or distributor may spend some time discussing the problem with the customer in order to determine the cause and if the warranty is applicable.
5.4. If the root cause is determined and the warranty applies, the user sends the defective product to Ackuretta or their Ackuretta distributor at their own expense. Ackuretta or the distributor will perform a follow-up test on the product to confirm the defect.
5.5. If the product is confirmed as defective, Ackuretta or the distributor will send a working product back to the customer—whether a replacement or a repaired product— at no cost to the customer.
Depending on the country, region, or jurisdiction, the warranty may not automatically include costs incurred for shipping, validation of claims, customs, taxes, or other unforeseen costs. Ackuretta only warrants the parts, labor, and replacement costs of products—payment of any other costs incurred will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
