JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Director / (Senior) Managerwill lead the HR function for the company, working directly with the COO and with other department heads. This position will help build the culture and lead headcount growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsible for the full functions related to HR affairs of daily operations including culture building, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, insurance programs, attendance, and retention.

Work with department heads on strategic workforce planning for budgeting and recruitment purposes.

Support management in attainment of business objectives through people strategies and tactics.

Developing and activating strategic people plans through business transformation processes in fast-changing, global and unstructured organizations.

To support the company’s fast growth globally, lead recruitment and selection process for positions in order to obtain quality candidates for interviews, as well as maintain strong and positive employment branding. 

Lead the interview process and conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to create positive employee experience. 

Conduct orientations for new hires and introduce employees.

Perform various HR operations such as payroll and related social security withholdings, incentive compensation, overseas compensation structure, answer employee’s inquiries, company culture building activities, etc.

Design the salary structure for foreign top management members.

Create salary tables for overseas branches by using positions evaluation and benchmark practice.

Plan and conduct monthly payroll, bonus calculation, salary increment for local and overseas employees.

Assess applications for migration and/or temporary entry to Taiwan in accordance with Taiwan immigration law and policy.

Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with any new information or changes in employment status.

Work with management on building and maintaining the company culture.

Organize employee relations activities and related company events, etc.

Provide interdepartmental HR support and participate in ad-hoc projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field

5 - 15+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience supporting business leaders

Must have experience in a startup-like environment (fast changing and unstructured)

Proactive, self-starter and hustle attitude. Able to get things done independently.

Enjoy working and thriving in a fast-paced, fast-changing, and unstructured startup-like environment

Good human resources or business management knowledge

You will be the primary deal closer and manager of the channel program in a rapidly

This industry is disruptive and as such you will need to be able to support channel partners to at least L1 tech support in order to do this you will need to complete internal training that includes learning basic dental workflows and physically printing parts on an Ackuretta Printer. This hands-on experience will enable you to communicate with customers and channel partners more effectively and will allow you to understand what data needs to be collected from the channel partners.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for all data coming from the channel program implemented by Ackuretta. This will include collecting the data from multiple sources, cleaning and maintaining this data as well as constructing clear reports and dashboards to be presented to the channel management team.

Quarterly KPI’s will be set together with your manager to set you quarterly goals, these are the goals that will be the primary measurement of your performance. While KPI’s are your primary measure of success you may be assigned other tasks or projects that should receive the same level of importance and you will be responsible for the completion of these tasks as well.

Support the channel program by presenting data collected in a clear and conclusive manner to the channel managers.

JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager will work directly with the COO on developing and improving the company’s operations as we scale, by working closely with internal stakeholders on key initiatives. The position strives to analyze, identify, implement and optimize interdepartmental processes to improve the company’s operating efficiency.

We are looking for an ambitious individual that hustles to get things done, sees the big picture but can execute on details, personable to work with various stakeholders, and can thrive in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment (we are a growing company that works like a startup). 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

Identify and improve dependencies and bottlenecks in operations/projects

Develop or recommend (interdepartmental) operational solutions for problems/crises/issues

Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhance reporting as necessary

Ensure standards and projects are implemented and progressing

Analyze and report on monthly, quarterly, annual operational results, OKRs/KPIs, trends, and critical business insights for various stakeholders across the organization

Evaluate and anticipate future operational directions and impact

Problem solving / crisis management / special projects

Assist COO and CEO in managing procurement, factory/warehouse, office admin, HR, and PM

Develop strong relationships and communicate with our internal stakeholders ensuring collaborative communications and proactive support 

Factory: assist in production planning, factory issues and wastages, high level operations review, and special improvement projects

Evaluate optimal office and factory options as we grow in headcount, considering interdepartmental operations

Special projects: creating systems/structures, workload reduction, automation of repetitive tasks, building redundancy, envisioning future projects, planning and managing growth, market research and assessment, and more

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

At least several years of interdepartmental operations improvement experience in either an in-house position or a consulting role

Bachelor's in Business related degree/field, MBA, or relevant work experience
