Job Description

Who This Role Is Perfect For
You will be the primary deal closer and manager of the channel program in a rapidly
growing program being implemented at Ackuretta.
You will be responsible for the development/maintenance/communication of a weekly
sales
pipeline while actively managing a longer-term sales cycle
・ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through solution selling.
・ Develop great relationships with new and existing channel partners to grow revenue.
・ Implement account development plans and understand our partners' goals to increase
revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

・ Follow the Channel Management program: Set monthly, quarterly and annual goals with

・ Make sure that Channel Partners maintain their status through regular training sessions
and accreditation programs.

・ Maintain contact with the entire value chain, channel partners and end users ensuring
that end users have the best possible experience with the brand.

and develop an integral knowledge of the region you are responsible for, know the local

Work Activities
・ Ensuring that Channel Partners purchase according to their agreed forecast.
・ Logging in our ERP and CRM updating any contacts with partners and following up
on the sales funnel for next actions.
・ Working with logistics to get the latest shipping information and inform customers
of the order status.
・ Assisting clients with importation and customs documentation.
・ Follow up on collections with companies that have terms with Ackuretta.
・ Issuing credit notes according to company policy and procedures.
・ Conformance with the channel program to determine rebates, pricing and incentives
・ Channel forecasting.
・ Other activities that your manager may assign to you from time to time.
Requirements
・ You have a proven track record of surpassing monthly, quarterly and annual sales
goals for 24+ months.
・ Experience selling technology and or medical solutions to Director / C-Level
executives / Ownership.
・ Gain a deep understanding of the Channel Management Program and contribute to
the development and implementation of the program.
・ A deep understanding of tools, processes, in sales and the post-sales lifecycle
Stays up to date on industry best practices and trends.

・ This industry is disruptive and as such you will need to be able to support channel
partners to at least L1 tech support in order to do this you will need to complete
internal training that includes learning basic dental workflows and physically printing
parts on an Ackuretta Printer. This hands-on experience will enable you to
communicate with customers and channel partners more effectively and will allow
you to answer basic support questions quickly.
・ There will be a need to travel to visit Channel Partners and attend trade shows and
other events from time to. All travel should be carried out according to company
policy and should be pre approved by your manager.
・ Prior knowledge of the dental industry or chemistry related to medical applications
is advantageous and it will be required learning material during the time at
Ackuretta.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for the tactical management of channel partners ensuring that
they set their annual and quarterly targets and that they reach their pre agreed
targets.
Quarterly KPI’s will be set together with your manager to set you quarterly goals, these
are the goals that will be the primary measurement of your performance. While KPI’s
are your primary measure of success you may be assigned other tasks or projects that
should receive the same level of importance and you will be responsible for the
completion of these tasks as well.
Presenting monthly sales achievements showing how channel partners are
performing and setting up corrective action should a partner be under performing.
Working Hours and Travel requirements
Channel partners and end user customers often work outside of normal working
hours, you should be flexible and willing to attend to matters outside of your normal
work hours. You should keep an accurate record of any working hours outside of the
normal working hours and submit this as a report to your manager each week.
This position also requires travel to various Trade shows, events, Channel Partners
and end user customer locations. All travel is to be pre approved by your manager or
in the absence of you manager the next appointed person.
Reporting
You will report to your assigned manager.
It is your responsibility to maintain the communication with your manager, to keep
accurate logs of your daily work and to submit properly constructed summary reports
of your daily work to your manager on a regular basis. You are to ensure that you plan
your time so that you attend the weekly meeting and to ensure that you have
submitted your weekly work report (summary of your daily work) ahead of the
meeting to the attendees. You are also to submit your week ahead plan which is to be
discussed at the meeting.
In order to keep the meeting time as short and as efficient as possible you should
arrive at the meetings prepared and with the reports having been sent out in good
time (at least 24hrs prior to the meeting)
