Effective: July 05, 2021
Our product quality and performance is of utmost importance to us. As such, Ackuretta provides a voluntary One-Year Limited Warranty (starting on the shipping date as shown on the Delivery Note) that goes above and beyond the conditions placed by general consumer law. Any replacement parts are covered by a 30-day warranty. The Ackuretta One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and do not limit or suspend rights provided by a region’s consumer laws. The rights provided by consumer law and the Ackuretta One-Year Limited Warranty are separate, so claims made for one set of conditions cannot be claimed for the other. For more information about consumer law rights, please consult a lawyer in your region, but see the section “Governing Law”, below.
Ackuretta provides an extended warranty for the DENTIQ and SOL 3D printers. The warranty for the DENTIQ starts on the shipping date as shown on the Delivery Note, whereas the warranty for the SOL 3D printer –which is a networked device– starts from the date of registration.
