Customer Support

 

You will be working directly with our partners, distributors, and customers for our 3D printers around the world. In this role, you will be our initial help specialist, our social media manager, and the main person that people come to when they need training, advice, and troubleshooting.

We need a person who is both responsive and proactive. When we receive emails from our customers, you will gather the information from our team and find an acceptable solution. On the other hand, you will also be actively searching through forums, user groups, and social media to find issues and reviews that customers have, and either reach out to help them directly or notify our development team about changes to make in the future.

If there are no issues to address at the time, you will help our marketing and sales team by making 3D printed samples to give to customers and distributors, as well as attending or helping prepare for trade shows and demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training customers on how to use and maintain 3D printers
  • Managing our social media accounts
  • Searching the web for customer feedback and issues
  • Preparing training sessions and support documents
  • Providing remote support and troubleshooting
  • Recording customer problems and providing solutions for future development
  • Preparing sample 3D prints

Technical Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in 3D/CAD Design, Graphic Design, or other design-related field
  • 2+ years experience in customer support or social media outreach
  • No 3D printing experience necessary, but up to 5 years experience in 3D printing or design would be preferred
  • Intermediate level of English (TOEIC: 650+)
  • Previous use of CAD software such as Rhinoceros, Solidworks, Blender, Materialise
  • 3ds Max、MAYA、Rhino、3ds Max Design、Blender、AutoCAD、AutoCad 3D、Sketch up、SolidWorks、Zbrush、Inventor (preferred)

This is a trained position. We do not expect you to know how to use 3D printers or applicable software to apply. We will give you thorough training you in every part of the job before you will work with customers.
We will give priority to candidates who have experience in customer support, social media outreach, or 3D printer usage.
Salary level will be negotiated based on prior experience.

Assistant Marketing Manager

You will be curating content for the marketing and sales department while managing the marketing operations of the company. In this role, you will be working closely with the CEO, sales team, and graphic designers to aid in the marketing strategy and deliver engaging content (online and offline) to our distributors. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with and coordinate tradeshows and marketing events with our distributors across the globe.

You are ideally an independent and collaborative individual, with strong initiative, you are versatile, analytical, flexible and you are able to multi-task in a time efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Producing engaging sales and marketing collateral including product brochures, presentations, and pricing documents
  • Coordinating B2B marketing events including tradeshows and workshops
  • Managing company presence on digital platforms including the company website and social media
  • Collaborating with the photographer to produce attractive product photos and feature videos
  • Developing interesting press releases and foster collaborative relationships with the media
  • Collaborating with internal teams for product branding and packaging
  • Managing and maintaining the marketing and sales 3D print sample portfolio
  • Providing CRM support to the sales team on Hubspot
  • Increasing web traffic through SEO and targeted ads

Technical Skills/Experience

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • English (fluent), Chinese (intermediate)
  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • WordPress (preferred)
  • Experience with Hubspot (preferred)
  • Google Analytics (preferred)

We will give priority to candidates who have experience in marketing and communications.
